With ERGON signature morning delights, featuring eggs variations, creamy yogurt bowls, oats, sourdough bread sandwiches and a cup of our well distinguished specialty coffee brewed to perfection, all while soaking in the peaceful area facing straight to the sea.

The coastal restaurant began as a passion project, inspired by the vibrant and diverse seaside community bringing together all these foods we love devouring during summer and the delectable seafood sourced from local fishermen and in two years now, has evolved into an integral part of the ERGON Beach House experience. Our menu reflects a slow approach to food, emphasizing dishes made with ingredients raised and harvested in the area and consumed in the season they were meant to be enjoyed. From fish, prawns and mussels caught just off the shores to farm-fresh produce sourced from nearby farms, each dish tells a story of the land and sea.
Nestled within our front garden, shaded by swaying palm trees and surrounded by cozy nooks, the restaurant offers a serene setting to savor the moment and enjoy a good supper by the stars and light bulbs in the evening.

The beach spot of the notorious BALBOA food canteen is found on the shore of Nikiti beach, nestled in our coastal house. A few steps behind the lounges and just next to the cocktail bar, BALBOA does his magic again by flipping patties, sizzling meats and herbs, baking sourdough flatbreads, mixing greens and sauces or assembling freshly cut seasonal fruit. Putting together deliciousness and offering comfort yet so yum food for the beach cravings.
The deli
Browse food items in the deli, nestled within the restaurant, offering an array of Greek food picks crafted with care by local artisans and producers. Take a piece of Greece home with you as you explore our curated selection of homeware & lifestyle items as well as authentic ERGON Greek delicacies, from fleshy olives, homemade preserves personal care products, artisan pasta and fine wines.

Our beach house is conveniently located directly across from Nikiti Beach in Halkidiki. If you're coming from Thessaloniki, just hop on the E75 highway heading south until you reach the Nikiti exit. From there, follow the signs towards Nikiti town center, then continue along the road towards the coastline. You'll spot our beach house right in front of Nikiti Beach. It's that easy! Whether you're driving or taking public transportation, our beach house is easily accessible, promising a wonderful seaside retreat. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
