Our Cocktails & Pairings
Our well-versed bartending team crafts daily fresh drinks using the freshest local ingredients and inventive techniques expressing their true creativity. Our signatures, feature ingredients such as mastic from Chios, fruits from the market, locally produced spirits, fresh herbs, all highlight the vibrant flavours of Greece with a twist of modern mixology.
All drinks are perfectly paired with our homemade flatbreads, freshly kneaded and baked in an open-fire oven, then topped with seasonal ingredients.
