Biga Pizza

Daily after breakfast, we gather around the common table of the 72H Eatery to connect, unwind, chit chat and share some good pizza, paired with a couple of drinks all crafted a la minute. The warmth of the wood-fired oven has a leading role in the Eatery, bringing out sourdough biga pizza which features a soft-airy crust and together with the toppings of spicy pepperoni/zucchini/burrata or za’atar creates the absolute finger-licking result.

A few empty trays and some clinking of glasses set up a vibe that shouts out conviviality, inviting you to wind-off and stop a moment to enjoy the real pleasures of life, simple food and company.

For breakfast, we highlight the beautiful simplicity of sourdough in our straightforward breakfast plates, featuring seasonal, fresh produce and our varieties of breads.
Stepping smoothly into evening, our menu accommodates a variety of occasions such like a leisurely dinner with friends where the sourdough biga pizzas are always a crowd-pleaser perfectly paired with hand-crafted cocktails such like negronis and martinis variations or delicious Greek wines by the glass.
